This section contains the
tools to configure the way Helm works. You can configure
all of the servers and services that Helm will control,
as well as numerous other global settings. |

Reseller
Plans |

Reseller plans are a means of
setting up resellers with pre-configured settings. When
ever a reseller purhases a reseller package, the package
will be based around one of these plans. Although
resellers will inherit the properties of the plan they
are given, you can customize individual settings for the
reseller once it has been setup. |

Users |

These are all the users in the
system including resellers and their customers. To view
a resellers customers click on the reseller username.
You can search for users by name or account number in
this area. |

Domains |
 |
This area lists all of the
domains that have been setup on the system. This gives a
quick way to access the control panel for a
domain. |

Billing |
 |
This area allows you to update
you billing settings for this account. For example, you
can change the base currency and tax settings, set up
your preferred payment gateway or create automated
payment reminders for your customers. |

Password |
 |
You can change your control
panel password in this area. The password in this area
is for accessing this contol panel only. Changing this
password will not affect any other area on your
account. |

Keeping your contact details
up to date is critical in order to keep you informed of
anything concerning your account. This area will allow
you to update your contact details. |

Messaging |

Messaging is a smart way of
keeping your customers up to date with the latest
information. System information messages can also sent
to the messaging service to inform you or your customers
of any problems. |
