How soon my account be set up and ready to use?
Your account will be setup within 24 hour or less in most cases from the time we receive your order. You will receive an email with your account information, IP address, user name and password. You can then start uploading your site.

What kind of Hardware and Software do you use?
Our servers are minimum Intel Pentium with high-speed SCSI or IDE drives. The operating system is Linux running Apache Web Server, Windows family server running IIS server. Every server at HostRelax™ has different specifications. HostRelax™ is constantly upgrading the servers hardware on our network. If more drive space, memory, or faster processors are needed, they are added in at that time. This is a fairly typical web server setup. You can be sure that our servers are extremely stable and thus bringing this benefit to you via your website.
Where are your servers located?
HostRelax™’s servers are located in our Network Operations Center (NOC) in USA. There they are monitored 24x7x365, in a data center environment that provides security, backup power, and direct access to the Internet backbones.
What if there is a major power outage?
Our Data Centre is equipped with 1.5 Megawatt Cummins Diesel Generator with 24X7 fuel contracts in place, three-225 KvA Liebert uninterruptible power supplies with multiple battery strings, dual DC power plants and flexible power options to include multiple configurations of AC & DC.
Why do you price so much less than other web hosts company?
Many of the other web hosts company offer toll-free support 24 hours, 7 days per week and call back services. We do provide online support, live chat and call back to customers support, but we dont provide toll-free. If we offered this, it would greatly increase our prices.

Yes, HostRelax™ provide tech support 24x7x365 a year. We encourage our customers in need of assistance to fill in the trouble ticket form or e-mail to us with questions or concerns about their web site. However, we provide technical support only, we cannot provide help with programming stuff. This kind of assistance may incur extra charges. Technical support is done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.
